great location near the beach with helpful staff for a nice stay

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the beach. The staff's kindness, and the updated bathroom was a highlight.

The location of this hotel was excellent as it was very central. It was only about ten minutes walk from the beach and from the central of Nice.The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was very clean. We were very relaxed during our stay there. It was also nice and quiet at night.

It was in a central location, to see the massive houses built into the sides of the mountains. The breakfast was savoury and complete with beverage, fresh French cakes, at Stephane's Cafe de BUFFA both located on Avenue Gambetta. Good service, although a few employees were very unhelpful.

Small room sizes!!! Weak air conditioning!!! Poor noise insulation!!! I wouldn't mind some more thoughtful amenities, maybe a hairdryer or a closet would make a difference!!!

My room was extremely pleasant and tastefully decorated, and the staff was accommodating. I️ had an impressive view overlooking street. The service was all in all great.

The rooms were very clean, air-conditioned and the staff at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Although the first hour was free, the price of EUR 9/hr for internet use from the second hour onwards was off-the-charts; in comparison with to other hotels that offered either free internet, a much cheaper hourly rate or a 24-hour access at a fixed rate.

The hotel features excellent cleanliness and upkeep.

I was appalled by the lack of soundproofing in my room, as I could hear every single conversation in the hallway. The bed was uncomfortable, and it was a struggle to find enough pillows. I was greatly disappointed to find that the photos showcased on the website depicted a far more luxurious experience than what I actually received.

The signature collection hotel is super convenient! It's just a short walk from the railway station and the promenade des anglais. The staff at reception were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Plus, the beautiful ambiance.

Friendly staff. Close to the train station, which is great when you want to go to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco etc. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 10 -15 minutes walk into town. Fairly spacious room and bathroom.

The decor of the room was a bit more dated and basic than it looks on the pictures. We expected a bit more luxury for the price. Mould in the bathroom. No breakfast included in the price. Breakfast at the hotel is pricey and quite basic, 11 euros per person. Don't bother. There are two lovely bakeries nearby where you can buy stuff for breakfast at a fraction of the price. There is also a small fruit & vegetable shop down the road.

Good sized clean room with balcony, air-conditioning, and very friendly staff. The place has a lovely quaint feel about it, around 10 mins walk to the Promenade de Anglais and around 5 mins walk to the train station, hence making it a very convenient location also.

Just a small point- the shower didn't mount onto the wall (i.e. it was hand held)

What a travesty! The room was so small, I almost felt claustrophobic! But the real kicker? I paid top-dollar and didn't receive any complimentary upgrades, it's almost as if they couldn't be bothered. Breakfast was a repeat of the same bland options every day, how original. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

It was a simple hotel,small rooms, but it was very comfortable, not luxurious but perfect for people like us who intend to stay out most of the time : going to the beatch, looking around town, or traveling daily in other cities. The bathroom, sheets, towels .. were kept very clean. There was a tv with international channels. The bed was really soft and i had a great sleep. The air conditioner worked perfectly. It had a big window(sometimes a small balcony, cause we got two rooms). The location was about 10 minutes near the beatch and 5 minutes walking to the train station and really near the old town and the shopping street, so it was very convainable. The staff was in our service any time 24/7. A great place to stay for families and couples too. The price was worth it.

There was no remote for the air conditioner, no minibar, no free wireless, and you had to pay for the safe.
